β 1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange if:
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoices are intact
- The return request is initiated within 7 days of delivery
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Products showing signs of use, damage, or tampering after delivery
- Opened electronic items or accessories once the seal is broken
- Customized, assembled, or special-order products

- Our support team will review your request within 24β48 hours
- If approved, return pickup or courier instructions will be shared
- Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed
Note: Returned items must be securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

- Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method within 5β7 business days
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via bank transfer or store credit, as applicable
If your refund is delayed, please contact your bank or payment provider before reaching out to our support team.

Exchanges are available for eligible products. If the requested replacement is unavailable, you may choose a store credit or a full refund, as applicable.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Email us at care@yovzenaelectro.store with clear images or a short video showing the issue. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours if not yet dispatched
- Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be processed
- Returns may be initiated after delivery as per this policy

- Opened or used electronic products
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation
- Consumables such as cables, batteries, adapters, or components
- Discounted, clearance, or final-sale items

- If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, we bear the shipping cost
- For all other reasons, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
